How To Bring Your ‘Fun’ Back (ft. Jeff Harry)

This week, I bring on Jeff Harry, a Positive Psychology and Play Coach. He helps individuals, schools, and businesses invite more play into their lives and work. Personally, in my “adulting” process, I left behind so much of my own sense of play, my child-like sense of wonder. I became super serious, responsible, and the “Model Minority”. And I lost access to joy.

Here’s how we can get that back.

About the Podcast

Human Up
An emotionally-stunted dude's exploration of what it means to be emotionally intelligent. Raised between Asian and American culture, and in the tech world, where mental and emotional health was not prioritized enough, this nerd aims to demystify what it means to not only be a man, but a human. As society progresses faster than humans were meant to keep up with, how do we adapt to an ever-changing world while strengthening our brittle emotions for resiliency?
